| Annual furnace/central air conditioner tune-ups are a convenient
opportunity for homeowners to receive service that helps them avoid the stress
of winter breakdowns. Here is what we do: |

Check CO levels
(furnace and water heater)

chamber/heat exchanger condition

Burner flame color
and characteristics

Pilot/igniter
operation and safety timing

General motor and
belt condition

Operational control
sequence, including thermostat and safety control

Draft pipe condition
and draft intensity
- Check supply voltage.
- Inspect piping to furnace.
- Check all wiring for cracks
or loose connections clean and tighten.
- Check amperage of motor.
- Check capacitor.
- Remove and clean blower
assembly.
- Lubricate blower fan, motor
and bearings.
- Clean Air Conditioning 'A'
coil.
- Check condition of
condensate system, clean and flush lines if needed
- Clean outside unit of
debris.
- Test operation of unit.
- Record equipment make, model
and serial number.
- Visually inspect ductwork.
- Leave and discuss checklist
with customer.
