Some of our Services Include:
- Periodic inspections (as negotiated by you) of your property each month.
- Check for any evidence of trespass and/or vandalism or visible damage
- Check for weather related damage.
- Monthly reports/digital pictures documenting our findings mailed or
e-mailed to you as per negotiation.
- If you have a monitoring systems our plan allows you to program your
system to call our special phone line. Upon receiving a call from your system,
we will follow-up with an investigation, contact the appropriate agency to
correct the problem, and notify you. We will be your key holder! If you
wish, we can contact your insurance agent if you are traveling and not
available. .
- Should damage occur on your property we will act on your behalf in your absence
