| The Shepard family has been part of the Northern Brainerd
Lakes area for more than 100 years. Rich and Stew Shepard know what it is
like to live, play and work here. One day while working, closing their
own seasonal vacation properties, they were approached by a number of
neighbors wanting help winterizing their seasonal properties, also.
Seeing the growing need, the brothers Shepard decided to take their talents
to you! They have combined 57 years of management, maintenance
and, yes, firefighting experience, in addition to a passion for the lakes

We are a residential property maintenance
management firm specializing in the care and upkeep of cabins and homes.
Acting as your personal property manager, we help you identify, plan and
prioritize your home's maintenance needs. Then, we either do the work
ourselves or supervise a pool of pre-qualified service providers (trades
people) who perform work on your behalf.
